Online and emailed approval of I 129 F received 25 June 2004 (NOA 2). Just over 7 months since NOA 1, including RFE. RFE was for a UK Government Certification/Legalisation of our perfectly normal Church-issued UK Marriage Certificate. We had no idea that this was a requirement. It was sent on 9/17/03. We heard nothing further. We inquired many times. On 7/13/04 we went to the office and were told security clearance was back but the officer has held the file in her office for no reason. The officer at the counter has forwarded it to the hearing officer\'s supervisor. We contacted our local congressman who got right on it. I was finally approved on 7/27/04.	2004-07-27
